Change of Mind offers counselling services North of the river within the community. Our workers are registered psychologists and mental health accredited social workers who come to you to deliver the service.
At Change of Mind - Therapeutic Solutions we offer outreach counselling and psychological support to individuals, couples and families in the privacy of their own home as well as to people at some key service locations. Change of Mind is currently linked with Medicare and offers therapeutic counselling at an afforable price, Monday - Saturday, with flexiable times available between 7am to 8pm.

- Pricing will range from $94 to $300 per session depending on individual, group environment or emergency consultation.
Clients that are on Centrelink benefits will be able to get their 10 Medicare psychological sessions bulk billed*
NDIS clients will be costed as per their developed plan.

Stephen has extensive experience in working with people that have a severe and persistent mental health diagnosis as well as providing administration and management roles. Stephen has a Bachelor of Social Work, a Post Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Practice and is registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers. (AASW). He is also an accredited Mental Health Social Worker through the AASW.
Over the last 14 years Stephen has worked in the areas of mental health and counselling supporting children and young people, adults and the elderly. For the past ten years Stephen, has worked in Government and Non-Government Sectors as a Social Worker, Case Manager, Senior Case Manager, Program Manager and Senior Program’s Manager. Stephen’s focus has always been to address disadvantage and treat all people with dignity and respect regardless of their situation. Stephen is well known in the areas of Mental Health and Homelessness in Perth and has established positive relationships with service providers to better meet client needs.
Kellie has a Bachelor of Psychology and is currently undertaking her provisonal registration. She has worked within the mental health industry for over 10 years providing psychosocial support and guideance to youth, families and adults with a mental health diagnosis or disability.
For the past six years Kellie worked within not for profit organisations in the areas of mental health and counselling. Kellie enjoys working with people, their community and families to build connectiveness, sense of belonging and to allow individuals to thrive and reach their own personal goals. Kellie has estabilished positive relationships with key stakeholders within the mental health sector which allows for tailored supports and positive individual outcomes to occur.
